Inspector Crime of the police station has registered a case under sections of rebellion, murderous attack and 7 CLR Act in connection with the fatal attack on the police of Sikandarpur Vaishya area of Kasganj police station and the shooting of police station inspector Haribhan Singh Rathore. In this FIR, 14 people from both sides have been named, while five people have been shown as unknown. The police is busy searching for all these accused.
According to Inspector Crime Dinesh Chandra, on Wednesday night at 7:40 pm, information about conflict and firing was received between the parties of Amod son of Rajendra and Manpal son of Rishipal of the other party in Nagla Narpat. On receiving this information he himself set out with a police party. Before this, Cobra Mobile Police had reached the spot. On receiving the information, Inspector Haribhan Singh Rathore reached Nagla Narpat. There was conflict between both the sides. Seeing the police, both the sides opened fire towards the police. The police personnel had a narrow escape in the firing done by the Manpal side.

Meanwhile, the other party, Amod, opened fire on the police at around 8 pm. The bullet fired by Amod Paksha hit the collar bone above the chest of Inspector Haribhan Singh Rathore. Inspector Crime Dinesh Kumar has named Amod, Pramod, Vinod, Arun, Umesh, Shivpal, Avadhesh, Guddu and Sunil from the first party in this case, while Manpal, Inderpal, Sanju, Rishipal and Dhirpal have been named from the second party. . Five people are unidentified who were present during the incident when the police party was attacked. Police are identifying unknown people. The police team is continuously raiding to arrest the accused.
